| 61 | FAZIL - FIQUH | Admission to FAZIL (Part-1) course will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by a candidate at the ALIM (Honours) Examination of Mazharul Haque University or of the Bihar State Madrasa Education Board or any other institution whose degree has been recognised as equivalent to ALIM (Honours) degree of the Bihar State Madrasa Education Board by the University. For seeking admission to FAZIL (Part-I) course of the University, it shall be necessary for a candidate to secure atleast 45% of marks at the ALIM (Honours) or equivalent examination. Provided that if a candidate wants to take admission in a subject other than the Honours subject he/she had opted for at the Alim (Hons) examination, he/she my be permitted to do so provided that the admission sought for by him/her is in one of the subsidiary subjects he/she had taken at the Alim (Hons) examination and provided further that the marks obtained by him/her in the concerned subsidiary subject is not less than 55% of the aggregate marks. Based on the above criterion, the University will prepare each year a merit-list of all the candidates who have applied for admission to FAZIL (Part-I) course and admit students as per this merit-list subject to availability of seats. |
